• Content you create: brand assets, briefs, generated copy and designs, images and files you upload, stored on our cloud infrastructure (Supabase and Cloudflare R2).
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform (features used, AI credit consumption) to operate and improve the service.
• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or by email, including the reason for contact you select.

• To provide, operate and maintain the platform and its features.
• To process AI generation requests through our providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Recraft) — your prompts and brand context are sent to these providers solely to generate the output you request.
• To manage your account, subscription and billing.
• To respond to support and contact requests, including through our AI assistant on the Contact page.
• To improve the platform's reliability, security and features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure and service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (authentication, database, storage, hosting, email delivery, payment processing).
• AI providers, to generate the content you request — limited to what is necessary for that generation.
• Authorities, where required by law.
