• Account information: name, email address and authentication data, handled through our identity provider (Clerk).
• Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Content you create: brand assets, briefs, generated copy and designs, images and files you upload, stored on our cloud infrastructure (Supabase and Cloudflare R2).
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform (features used, AI credit consumption) to operate and improve the service.
• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or by email, including the reason for contact you select.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect a social platform (such as Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn), we securely store the access you authorize and retrieve the metrics, comments and messages needed for publishing, analytics and inbox features. You can disconnect an account at any time, which also revokes access at the platform.

• To provide, operate and maintain the platform and its features.
• To process AI generation requests through our providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Recraft). Only the working context of each request — your prompt, brief and brand context — is sent, solely to generate the output you request; your personal and account information is not.
• To manage your account, subscription and billing.
• To respond to support and contact requests, including through our AI assistant on the Contact page.
• To improve the platform's reliability, security and features.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Our providers process data only on our behalf, to deliver the service to you. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure and service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (authentication, database, storage, hosting, email delivery, payment processing, website analytics).
• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Recraft), to generate the content you request. We do not share your personal or account information — such as your name, email address or billing details — with these providers. We only send the working context needed for each request, such as your brief, brand guidelines or prompt. Your content is not used to train their AI models. Anything you type into a prompt is sent as part of that context, so we recommend not including personal information there.
• Team members you invite: the content of your account is visible to the team members you add, according to the role you assign them.
• Minds Nexus specialists, if you book a Services campaign: authorized Minds Nexus staff access your workspace solely to carry out that campaign.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@mindsnexusai.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mindsnexusai.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies to operate the website (such as session and abuse-prevention cookies) and, where applicable, cookies from Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are visited and how people arrive at them), in aggregate; Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. We do not use advertising cookies.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
