Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Minds Nexus's website (mindsnexusai.com) and platform (app.mindsnexusai.com). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Minds Nexus is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that helps you generate strategy, copy and design content connected to your brand. Features, plans and AI credit limits are described on our Pricing page and may change as the platform evolves.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Plans, billing and AI credits

  • Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed on the period you select (monthly, every 6 months, or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • AI credits included in your plan reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional storage and AI credit packs can be purchased as add-ons; purchased credit packs do not expire.
  • Prices, including any limited-time "founder pricing," may change for future billing cycles; where we commit to a locked rate for a period, we will honor it as stated at signup.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account's billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the service, including through automated abuse of our AI assistant or contact form.
  • Use the platform to build a directly competing product using outputs obtained in bad faith.

5. Your content and intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of the brand materials, briefs and files you upload to the platform.
  • Subject to these Terms and your plan, you own the copy and designs generated for you through the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the terms of our underlying AI providers.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service, including sending relevant context to our AI providers to generate your requested output.
  • The Minds Nexus name, logo, website and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

6. Third-party AI providers

Some features rely on third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI and Recraft). Generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or require review before use; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be suitable for every purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minds Nexus will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive use of the contact form or AI assistant.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
