Terms of Service

Minds Nexus is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that helps you plan, create, publish and analyze marketing content connected to your brand — from strategy, copy and design to social publishing and analytics. We also offer optional Services, in which our specialists build campaigns for you inside your workspace. Features, plans and credit limits are described on our Pricing and Services pages and may change as the platform evolves.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• If you invite team members, you are responsible for their activity under your account and for the roles you assign them.

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed on the period you select (monthly, every 6 months, or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• AI credits and social automation credits included in your plan reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional storage, AI credit packs and social automation credit packs can be purchased as add-ons; purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Prices, including any limited-time "founder pricing," may change for future billing cycles; where we commit to a locked rate for a period, we will honor it as stated at signup.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Additional team seats on the Pro and Business plans are billed per seat, together with your plan.
• All payments are final and non-refundable — including subscriptions, add-ons, credit packs and Services campaigns — except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not affect the automatic return of credits for operations that fail on the platform, such as a publication or generation step that cannot be completed.

• Services campaigns (Minds Nexus Partner and Minds Nexus Priority) are available only to accounts with an active Pro or Business plan. Each campaign is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Optional add-ons are selected and paid at checkout.
• The scope of each plan — deliverables, included revisions and delivery time — is the one described on the Services page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope is not included.
• With the Partner and Priority plans, you can have one active campaign at a time. Custom projects are governed by what is agreed in their quote.
• Delivery times are counted from the activation of the service. The 72-hour delivery time on the Priority plan applies only if you define your request in detail and provide all the necessary information and materials within the first 8 hours after activation.
• Campaigns are built inside your Minds Nexus workspace. By booking one, you authorize our specialists to access your workspace solely to carry it out.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving campaign deliverables before publishing them. Advertising budget is not included.
• Services campaigns are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• If your Pro or Business plan ends while a campaign is in progress, the campaign is cancelled without a refund.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the service, including through automated abuse of our AI assistant or contact form.
• Use the platform to build a directly competing product using outputs obtained in bad faith.

• You retain ownership of the brand materials, briefs and files you upload to the platform.
• Subject to these Terms and your plan, you own the copy and designs generated for you through the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the terms of our underlying AI providers. This also applies to campaign deliverables created for you through Services.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service. To generate the output you request, we send only the working context of each request to our AI providers — never your personal or account information.
• The Minds Nexus name, logo, website and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

Some features rely on third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI and Recraft), which do not use your content to train their models. Generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or require review before use; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

• When you connect a social account, you authorize Minds Nexus to publish content and retrieve data on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect an account at any time.
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms and policies for the content you publish through Minds Nexus.
• These platforms are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, for changes to their APIs or policies, or for actions they take on your accounts (such as limits or suspensions), which may affect the features that depend on them.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minds Nexus will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive use of the contact form or AI assistant. How we retain and delete your data after your account is closed is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
